Cesar obtained a Master in Management at ESAN (Graduate school of business) majoring in finance. He Graduated in Environmental Management and Development at CBC (Bartolome Civil association) and Forest Engineer from the UNALM (National Agricultural University of La Molina). Cesar has 17 years of professional experience as environmental consultant in many sectors. He is Qualified for environmental project management and production operations; i.e. integrating environmental management in the formulation and implementation of development projects and operations, he also has management experience and preparation of environmental impact studies, management plans, environmental assessment, biodiversity studies, annual environmental compliance, environmental monitoring reports, among others. Cesar is Familiar with international standards required for investment in infrastructure projects.

Kelvin is a PhD candidate in Engineering and Environmental Science. He has a MSc degree in Environmental Science, with specialization in Agricultural Business Management and Project Management. Kelvin is Forest Engineer from the UNALM (National Agricultural University of La Molina). Kelvin has 18 years of experience in environmental consulting in the following sectors: hydrocarbons, mining, electricity, industry, transport and agriculture. He has experience as a project manager, coordinator of environmental equipment, integrator of studies, environmental analyst, and environmental supervisor. He has experience in environmental impact assessments, environmental management plans, contingency plans, plans of abandonment, biodiversity inventories, land clearing permits, deforestation, erosion control and re-vegetation. Kelvin is an expert in international standards, which are required for investment in master plan development projects.

Ruben is a Master Candidate in Environmental Management Science; he is a Forest Engineer from the UNALM (National Agricultural University of La Molina). Ruben has 17 years of experience as an environmental consultant with 12 years in the oil and gas sector. Ruben has participated in the elaboration of environmental impact studies, ecological and biodiversity studies, assessments of vegetation, forest inventories, forest clearing permits and reforestation. His field of experience includes seismic, drilling and pipelines laying. Ruben works as a project manager coordinating and supervising environmental monitoring. He has worked across the country in numerous environmental and social projects. He manages international standards, which are required for investment in infrastructure projects.

Iraida is certified in Quality Management and Environmental Auditing and also in Community Relations and Sustainable Development, She holds a bachelor degree in Agronomy all of them from the UNALM (National Agricultural University La Molina). Iraida has 10 years of professional experience as a specialist partner in:  energy sectors, mining, transportation, housing and tourism, which includes experience in the coordination and monitoring of environmental studies and participation in the preparation of environmental impact studies, plans environmental management, abandonment plans, annual environmental reports, preparation of dossiers for various authorizations and environmental permits, among others. Iraida has worked with communities, both local development plans and communication and consultation, she is able to draw lines based social and community relations plans, analysis and evaluation of social and environmental impacts, management systems, quality and environmental technology. She manages international standards, which are required for investment in infrastructure projects.

Malena is Master candidate in Applied Ecology from the UNALM (National Agricultural University La Molina), she holds a Bachelor degree in Biology from the UNMSM (San Marcos National University). Malena has 4 years of experience as an environmental specialist in the area of biology, developing environmental impact studies, management plans, biodiversity studies and wildlife vector; she also has participated as an HSE (health, security and Environmental) Supervisor and coordinator. Malena is currently developing economic valuation of environmental impacts. In the last two years she has collaborated as an assistant in the development of economic valuation of environmental impacts. Malena is a Biodiversity Specialist with guidance in the Entomological area.
