The Archaeological Research Regulations and the Protection of Cultural Heritage Act, state that when development projects involve the removal of soil the relevant permit must be obtained: Absence of archaeological remains certificate (AARC) from the Peruvian Cultural Institute (INC).
DOMUS includes personnel who have carried out this type of evaluation for development projects in the coastal, highland and jungle regions of Peru.
